Our client in Tete is looking for a Project HR to join its team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Customer Management and a proven track record in the relevant field.
Responsibilities
- Strictly implement the company’s policies, especially the implementation of disciplinary action according to the employee code of conduct.
- Manage employee attendance and maintain the attendance file timely.
- Regular and irregular training for employees to improve their performance and business level.
- Calculate payroll, make sure the payroll calculation is accurate and timely.
- Responsible for employee relations, find and solve employee disputes in time.
Requirement
- At least five years of HR management experience, with comprehensive experience in training, compensation, employee relations and employee evaluation.
- College degree or above in related field
- Familiar with using computer.
- Strong personality and strong interpersonal skills
- Resolute, strong execution, honest and reliable.
